When will my order ship? Orders normally ship within 24 hours, however, some special order items may not ship for 5-7 days. Special order items are indicated as such on each item. Can I match colors produced by different manufacturers? Normally colors of items from the same manufacturer will match, however, although some colors may be close from different manufacturers, never count on an exact color match. Why are color charts not shown on all items? We try to place color charts on all items, but sometimes when we have a lot of new items come in at once, the most important thing is getting the item listed first, then go back and place the chart with each item. My package hasn't arrived yet - can it be traced? Yes. Please contact our customer service department 770-957-1576 for tracking information. Is there a restocking fee for return merchandise? We charge a 15% restocking fee on any order refused or considered undeliverable by UPS. How can I get terms? Juneschildrensclothing.com does not offer terms at this time.
